Following a successful 2018 exhibition, Walther Trowal are exhibiting their entry level CF100 circular machine in conjunction with a G100 model drying unit at the 2019 Southern Manufacturing and Electronics exhibition.

The circular vibratory finishing machines of the CF series are a perfect and simple introduction to mass finishing and are ideal for processing a range of different workpieces.

The seven different configurations, with a range of different bowl sizes, offer excellent efficiency and maximum cost effectiveness. The CF model machines are easy to operate and can be expanded with a range of modular accessories, such as acoustic lids and magnetic separators. The work bowl incorporates an evenly rising design and is driven by a zero-maintenance vibratory flange motor which operates at two different speeds.

The pneumatic separation flap (manual on CF 100 model) and long separation zone allow gentle separation of workpieces from the processing media resulting in a smooth mass finishing process with excellent results.

Walther Trowal are the leading name in vibratory surface finishing, specialising in many forms of surface finishing since 1931 and have a wealth of experience that is unrivalled within the industry.

The large range of equipment and process consumables mean that Walther Trowal can offer a solution for very specific surface requirements on most materials and for a wide range of components.
